My name is Emily, I’m Dominican and Cuban, born and raised in New York. I am a Doula, trained by Ancient Song Doula Services and The Mothership NYC. I graduated from Pace University in 2015 with a bachelors in Nursing and currently work as a per diem RN in New York City.

I was a full-time bedside RN working in New York Presbyterian Hospital now switching career paths to becoming a full-time doula!
I would’ve never imagined that my career would take such a turn but now looking back on my life experiences, it makes so much sense. My experience working in the healthcare industry made me realize the kind of resources we lack in our communities and how much confusion exists when it comes to advocating for ourselves, our bodies, and navigating the healthcare system.

I am a daughter, sister, friend, aunt, and a god mother. I love being a resource to my community in any way I can and I love taking care of people.

My intention is to help you have the pregnancy and birth experience you desire while providing support, education, and resources on your parenthood journey.
